The Victoria Sapa Resort & Spa is located in Sapa, 380 km (236 miles) Northwest of Hanoi, among the Hoang Lien Mountains, in Lao Cai Province, near the Chinese border.
The best way to reach the Victoria Sapa Resort & Spa is on board the Victoria Express Train, that arrives from Hanoi to the Lao Cai train station (train station at a distance of 45km (28 miles) from the hotel).

The Victoria Sapa Resort & Spa can arrange for you any of the following transfers’ options.
To make a reservation for any transfer, you need to complete a transfers’ reservation form, which is included in the hotel room or package reservation form.

TRANSFER RATES : One-way from Lao Cai Train Station to / from Victoria Sapa Resort & Spa
Shuttle Bus: 15 US$ per guest
Private Car: 50 US$ per vehicle

* On the days when there are no Victoria Express Trains, the shuttle bus price is doubled
* Cancellation more than 2 days prior to the arrival date at the hotel, Victoria Hotels & Resorts reserve the right to impose 50% charge for all reserved transfers (cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date or no show Victoria Hotels & Resorts reserve the right to impose the full charge of the transfer)
